Palmer, President, <br />Riverpark Business Association, Inc., 2926 Mishawaka Avenue, <br />South Bend, Indiana, advised that the Association is holding <br />their annual "River Park Day Festival" on August 21, 1993. <br />Mr. Palmer requested permission to conduct the annual Parade <br />on this date beginning at 9:00 a.m. The parade begins in <br />the IUSB parking lot and proceeds down Mishawaka Avenue to <br />35th Street. <br />Mr. Palmer further requested that Mishawaka Avenue be closed <br />from Ironwood to 30th Street from the beginning of the <br />parade at 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the activities <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br />OF FOREST SIGN & DISPLAY, INC. Mr. Jesswin submitted with the request a diagram <br />indicating the dimensions of the sign. <br />OF VIETNAM VETERANS TO CONDUCT 5TH ANNUAL P.O.W./M.I.A. <br />HUSTAUE YKEEDOM MARCH - AUGUST 14, 1993 <br />Mr. Bob Farkas, 68137 Lawndale Street, Edwardsburg, <br />Michigan, advised that in honor of all the Americans who are <br />held prisoner of war, missing in action or hostage by <br />foreign and hostile nations, the Vietnam Veterans announced <br />the 5th Annual P.O.W./M.I.A. Hostage Freedom March to be <br />held from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on August 14, 1993.
