REGULAR MEETING Division A: Division B: Deduction for FEBRUARY 1, 1993 performing both Division A and B: $32,881.00 $41,250.00 $ 5,000.00 HYDROAIRE, INC. 834 West Madison Chicago, Illinois 60607 Bid was signed by Mr. Albert P. Duffy, Vice -President, Secretary, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order, Non - Discrimination Commitment form was completed and Certified Check in the amount of $3,136.95 was submitted. Division A: $42,056.00 Division B: $20,683.00 Deduction for performing both Division A and B: $ -0- Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the above bids were referred to the Division of Engineering and Division of Environmental Services for review and recommendation. OPENING OF BIDS - ONE (1) EIGHTEEN FOOT (18') COMPOST TURNER ALTERNATE: ONE (1) FOURTEEN FOOT (14') COMPOST TURNER This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to equipment. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. Board Attorney and Member Mary H. Mueller advised that the bid submitted by Fuel Harvesters Equipment, 2501 Commerce Drive Midland, Texas, was not submitted on the required State Board of Accounts Form 95 and did not contain bid security. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the bid be rejected. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried.
