<br />Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now known as
<br />Michigan Street and the north right-of-way line of a public street now known as Keasey Street; said
<br />point of intersection being the southwest corner of Lot No. 2 as shown on Joseph Keasey's Plat,
<br />Book 2, Page 69 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County; thence east, along the north
<br />right-of-way line of said Keasey Street, a distance of 544.0 feet, more or less, to the centerline of a
<br />fourteen foot (14) wide alley and also being the Point of Beginning of this centerline description
<br />thence north along the centerline of said fourteen foot (14) wide alley, a distance of 197.0 feet, mor
<br />or less, to a point on the south right-of-way line of a public street, now known as Ohio Street, an
<br />also being the Point of Terminus of this description.

<br />A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/a) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Thirty -Seven (37) North, Two (02) East and all being in Portage Township, City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the following subdivision plats: Joseph Keasey Plat,
<br />Book 2, Page 69 and Adam S. Baker's 1st Addition to the City of South Bend, Book 4, Page 35,
<br />said parcel being a 14.0 foot wide public alley and being 7.0 feet each side of the following
<br />described centerline:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now known as
<br />Michigan Street and the south right-of-way line of a public street now known as Keasey Street;
<br />said point of intersection also being the northwest corner of Lot No. 3 as shown on Joseph
<br />Keasey's Plat, Book 2, Page 69 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County; thence east,
<br />along the south right-of-way line of said Keasey Street, a distance of 544.0 feet, more or less, to

<br />A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/a) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Thirty -Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being in Portage Township, City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the Plat of Hutchin's Addition to the City of
<br />South Bend, Book 2, Page 67 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, said parcel
<br />being a 26.0 foot wide public way and being 13.0 feet each side of the following described
<br />centerline:
<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot "L" of Elder Place, Book 5, Page 13, said corner
<br />being at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of a public street now known as Carroll
<br />Street and the north right-of-way line of vacated Elder Street; thence north, along the west right-
<br />of-way line of said Carroll Street, a distance of 136.0 feet to the centerline of a 26.0 foot wide
<br />public way, as shown on said plat of Hutchin's Addition, and being the Point of Beginning of this
<br />centerline description; thence west, along the centerline of said 26.0 foot wide public way, a
<br />distance of 116.0 feet to a point on the east line of a 24.0 foot wide public way and also being the
<br />Point of Terminus of this description.

<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana; said parcel being a 24.0 foot wide public way and being 12.0
