<br />Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now known as
<br />Michigan Street and the north right-of-way line of a public street now known as Keasey Street; said
<br />point of intersection being the southwest corner of Lot No. 2 as shown on Joseph Keasey's Plat,
<br />Book 2, Page 69 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County; thence east, along the north
<br />right-of-way line of said Keasey Street, a distance of 285.0 feet, more or less, to the centerline of a
<br />fourteen foot (14') wide alley, and being the Point of Beginning of this centerline description; thence
<br />north along the centerline of said fourteen foot (14) wide alley a distance of 197.0 feet, more or less,
<br />to a point on the south right-of-way line of a public street, now known as Ohio Street and also being
<br />the Point of Terminus of this description.

<br />A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/a) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Thirty -Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being in Portage Township, City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the following subdivision plats: Joseph Keasey
<br />Plat, Book 2, Page 69 and Adam S. Baker's 1st Addition to the City of South Bend, Book 4, Page
<br />35, said parcel being a 14.0 foot wide public alley and being 7.0 feet each side of the following
<br />described centerline:
