<br />Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now known as
<br />Michigan Street and the north right-of-way line of a vacated public street now and formerly known
<br />as Elder Street, said point of intersection also being the southwest corner of Lot "B" as shown on the
<br />Plat of Elder Place - Book 5, Page 13 in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder; thence east,
<br />along the north right-of-way line of said vacated Elder Street, a distance of 155.5 feet, more or less,
<br />to the centerline of a fourteen foot (14) wide alley, said point being the Point of Beginning of this
<br />centerline description, thence north along the centerline of said fourteen foot (14') wide alley,
<br />distance of 236.0 feet, more or less, to a point on the south right-of-way line of a public street no
<br />known as Keasey Street and being the terminus of this description.
<br />Also,
<br />A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13) Township
<br />Thirty -Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being in Portage Township, City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the following subdivision plats; Elder Place -
<br />Book 5, Page 13, Joseph Keasey - Book 2, Page 69 and Adam S. Baker's 1 st Addition to the City
<br />of south Bend - Book 4, Page 35, said parcel being a 14 foot (14') wide public alley and being 7.0
<br />feet each side of the following described centerline:

<br />fourteen foot (14') wide alley and also being the Point of Beginning of this centerline description;
<br />thence north, along the centerline of said fourteen foot (14) wide alley, a distance of 197.0 feet, more
<br />or less, to a point on the south right-of-way line of a public street now known as Ohio Street and als
<br />being the Point of Terminus of this description.

<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the following subdivision plats: Joseph
<br />Keasey Plat, Book 2, Page 69 and Adam S. Baker's 1st Addition to the City of South Bend, Book
<br />4, Page 35, said parcel being a 14.0 foot wide public alley and being 7.0 feet each side of the
<br />following described centerline:

<br />fourteen foot (14') wide alley and also being the Point of Beginning of this centerline description;
<br />thence South, along the centerline of said fourteen foot (14') wide alley, a distance of 113.0 feet,
<br />more or less, to a point on the north line of a 10 foot wide public alley, as shown on the Map of
<br />Elder Place, Book 5, Page 13, in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder and also being the
<br />Point of Terminus of this description.
