REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 12, 1994 Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now known as Michigan Street and the north right-of-way line of a public street now known as Keasey Street; said point of intersection being the southwest corner of Lot No. 2 as shown on Joseph Keasey's Plat, Book 2, Page 69 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County; thence east, along the north right-of-way line of said Keasey Street, a distance of 803.0 feet, more or less, to the centerline of a fourteen foot (14') wide alley and also being the Point of Beginning of this centerline description; thence north, along the centerline of said fourteen foot (1T) wide alley, a distance of 197.0 feet, more or less, to a point on the south right-of-way line of a public street, now known as Ohio Street and also being the Point of Terminus of this description. Vacation of 14.0' Wide Alley A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Thirty -Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being in Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the Plat of Hutchin's Addition to the City of South Bend, Book No. 2, Page No. 67 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, said parcel being a 14.0 foot wide public alley and being 7.0 feet each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of a public street now known as Carroll Street and the south right-of-way line of a public street now known as Ohio Street, said point of intersection being the northeast corner of Lot No. 5 of said Plat of Hutchin's Addition to the City of South Bend; thence south along the west right-of-way line of said Carroll Street, a distance of 91.0 feet to the centerline of a 14.0 foot wide alley, and being the Point of Beginning of this centerline description, thence west along the centerline of said 14.0 foot wide alley, a distance of 115.5 feet to a point on the east line of Lot No. 26 of Joseph Keasey's Plat, Book 2, Page 69 and being the Point of Terminus of this description hereby determines that it is desirable to vacate said property. SECTION II. The City of South Bend hereby reserves the rights and easements of all utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana to construct and maintain any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches, within the vacated right-of-way, unless such rights are released by the individual utilities. SECTION III.
