<br />Commencing at a point of intersection of the west right-of-way line of a public street now known
<br />as Carroll Street, with the north right-of-way line of a vacated public street, now and formerly known
<br />as Elder Street, said point of intersection also being the southeast corner of Lot "L" as shown on said
<br />recorded Plat of Elder Place, Plat Book 5, Page 13 in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder;
<br />thence east along the north right-of-way line of said vacated Elder Street, a distance of 121.0 feet,
<br />more or less, to the centerline of a 10.0 foot wide north/south alley and also being the Point o

<br />Beginning of this centerline description; thence north along the centerline of said 10.0 foot wide
<br />north/south alley, a distance of 113.0 feet to the south line of a 10.0 foot wide east/west alley and
<br />being the Point of Terminus of this description.

<br />A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Thirty -Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being in Portage Township, City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and as shown on the following subdivision plats: Joseph
<br />Keasey Plat, Book 2, Page 69 and Adam S. Baker's 1 st Addition to the City of South Bend, Book
<br />4, Page 35; said parcel being a 14.0 foot wide public alley and being 7.0 feet each side of the
<br />following described centerline:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of a public street now known as
<br />Michigan Street and the north right-of-way line of a public street now known as Keasey Street;
<br />said point of intersection being the southwest corner of Lot No. 2 as shown on Joseph Keasey's
<br />Plat, Book 2, Page 69 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County; thence east along the
<br />north right-of-way line of said Keasey Street, a distance of 673.50 feet, more or less, to the
<br />centerline of a fourteen foot (14') wide alley and also being the Point of Beginning of this
<br />centerline description; thence north along the centerline of said fourteen foot (14') wide alley, a
<br />distance of 197.0 feet, more or less, to a point on the south right-of-way line of a public street,
<br />now known as Ohio Street and also being the Point of Terminus of this description.
