OPENING OF BIDS - MICHIGAN STREET AND WESTERN AVENUE PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 94-81 This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. Hesch, President Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed BID: $10,320.00 ROYAL FENCE CORPORATION 59905 Crumstown Highway North Liberty, Indiana 46554 Bid was signed by Mr. Robert J. Williams, President Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed BID: $ 9,567.00 MCDOUGAL ENTERPRISES INC D/B/A SCHUELL FENCE COMPANY 22377 Adams Road South Bend, Indiana 46628 Bid was signed by Mr. Bruce G. McDougal, Vice President Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed BID: $ 8,469.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the above bids were referred to the Division of Engineering for review and recommendation.
