BUS SERVICE, INC. <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of an <br />Application for Certificate of Public Convenience as submitted by <br />Mr. Huey Schoby, 1240 VanBuren, South Bend, Indiana, to operate <br />C.B.S.M. Bus Service, Inc., 102 North Olive Street, P.O. Box 3594, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />It was noted that pursuant to ordinance requirements, a Public <br />Hearing on this application must be conducted and all current <br />holders of Certificates of Public Convenience must be notified of <br />the Public Hearing. <br />Mr. Leszczynski opened the Public Hearing and Mr. Schoby advised <br />that he desires to operate a medical van service. Mr. Schoby also <br />submitted to the Board an amended application for Certificate of <br />Public Convenience. <br />In response to questions from Board member Mr. Caldwell, Mr. <br />Schoby advised that he intends to operate an unlimited amount of <br />vehicles out of 102 North Olive Street. When asked if he intends <br />to provide twenty-four (24) hour dispatch, Mr. Schoby advised that <br />that was not his intention. <br />Board Member Mrs. Manier inquired of Mr. Schoby if he intends to <br />operate a vehicle himself. Mr. Schoby responded that he will <br />
