Mrs. Manier seconded <br />the motion which carried. <br />OPENING OF QUOTATIONS - ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS - EAST BANK DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA <br />It was noted that today was the date set for the submission of <br />sealed Quotations for the above referred to project which entails <br />improving the alleys located between Niles Avenue and Hill Street <br />and Colfax Avenue and LaSalle Avenue. Work includes excavation, <br />grading, asphalt paving, sidewalk, curb and sod installation, <br />drainage structures and other appurtenant work.
