Mr. <br />O'Connor stated that he is physically disabled and limited in <br />how far he can walk and therefore is in need of this parking <br />space in front of his residence. <br />- OF SINAI SYNAGOGUE TO REMOVE PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN THE <br />VICINITY OF THE SYNAGOGUE ON SEPTEMBER 6-7, 1994 & SEPTEMBER <br />14-15, 1994 <br />Mr. Jeffrey New, President, Sinai Synagogue, 1102 East <br />LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, informed the Board that <br />the High Holy Days will be coming up. Ellis, 1252 Helmen Drive, South Bend, Indiana, <br />advised that he desires to purchase the City owned vacant lot <br />next door to the house he owns at 1216 East Indiana Avenue. <br />The property is commonly known as 1214 East Indiana. <br />
