COLFAX <br />It',was noted that this was the date set for the receiving of <br />Quotations for the above referred to project which consists of the <br />work preparatory to construction of the new Water Works <br />headquarters. Gradeless, Vice - <br />President. <br />QUOTATION: $4,900.00 <br />SPECIALTY SYSTEMS OF SOUTH BEND INC. <br />1408 Elwood Avenue <br />South Bend, Indiana 46628 <br />Quotation was submitted by Mr. Joe W. Taylor, President. <br />QUOTATION: $4,872.00 <br />upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />carried, the Quotations were referred to the Division of <br />Engineering for review and recommendation. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 22-1994 - RATIFYIN(G APPRAISALS AUTHORIZING <br />THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SAME <br />Mrs. Manier informed members of the Board that the Resolution <br />submitted today is in regards to the sale of property known as <br />51240 Redwood Road and 51190 Redwood Road. Mrs. Manier noted that <br />the sale involves a house and a vacant lot. The sale of this <br />pro erty is to begin on June 4, 1994 with a Public Hearing <br />reg rding this sale scheduled for June 20, 1994. Mrs. Manier also <br />noted that appraisals were conducted of the parcels and the <br />min mum asking price for each was determined by averaging the two <br />(2) appraisals that were received for each parcel. The minimum <br />asking price for Parcel I is $57,200.00 and the minimum offering <br />price for Parcel II is $15,250.00. The property will be open for <br />ins ection from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on June 12, 1994. <br />The e being no further questions concerning this matter, Mr. <br />Caldwell made a motion that this Resolution be adopted.
