-153 1 REGULAR MEETING MARCH 28, 1994 NEW CONTRACT AMOUNT: $48,147.00 DESCRIPTION: Install additional supply and return water piping necessary to connect a new heat pump to the existing piping loop. This additional work is necessary due to the failure of existing valves to allow shut-off and tie-in of the new system. Piping had to be extended to another set of valves within the space. CHANGE ORDER NO. 3: INCREASE: $ 365.00 NEW CONTRACT AMOUNT: $48,512.00 DESCRIPTION: Add new door closer to existing door to existing corridor and replace existing knob lockset with a new lever handle lockset with thumb turn button on same door. Finish, type and manufacture to match new hardware specified in construction documents. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the Change Orders were approved. AWARD BIDS - COPIERS Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, advised members of the Board that based upon the analysis of the results of the city-wide copier bids and the positive results of the two (2) week evaluation periods, the copiers listed below can be awarded to the listed vendors. It is noted that bids for these copiers were opened by the Board on January 4, 1994.
