<br />31. A part of Lot Numbered Thirty-three (33) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger
<br />and Krieghbaum's First Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded April 2, 1892
<br />in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 1,
<br />which part is bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
<br />corner of said lot; thence running North along the West line of said lot to the
<br />Southerly line of Ohio Street in said City; thence Southeasterly along the Southerly
<br />line of the Ohio Street, 20.78 feet; thence Southwesterly 32 feet to the place of

<br />36. A lot or parcel of land Forty (40) feet in length, North and South, taken off of and
<br />from the entire width of the South end of Lot Numbered Nineteen (19) as shown on
<br />the recorded Plat of Wenger and Kreighbaum's First Addition to the City of South
<br />Bend, recorded April 2, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,
<br />Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 1. (18-7009-0370)
<br />for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each shall be, and hereby is, approved.
<br />2. That the conveyance of the Real Property to the Family & Children's Center
<br />Properties Management, Inc., is subject to the obligation of the South Bend Redevelopment
<br />Commission to assume financial responsibility for the removal of the structures currently
<br />situated upon the Parcels II, III, IV, and V of the Real Property.
<br />3. That the Mayor of the City of South Bend and the South Bend City Clerk
<br />shall be, and hereby are, authorized, respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of
<br />a quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana in and to the Real Property to the Family & Children's Center Properties
<br />Management, Inc., upon the occurrence of the conditions set forth immediately above.
<br />4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the
<br />Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend.
<br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend held
<br />on August 7, 1995, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South
<br />Bend, Indiana 46601.
