Caldwell, Member ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 57-1995 - ACCEPT TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the following Resolution was adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 57-1995 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (Redevelopment), whose governing body is the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission") is the owner of the following described real property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana: 1. A lot or parcel of land Fifty-two [52] feet in length, North and South, taken off of and from the entire width of the North end of Lot Numbered Fifteen [15] as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger and Kreighbaum's First Addition to the City of South Bend. Tax Key #: 18-7009-0342 2. Lot Numbered Thirty [30] as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger and Krieghbaum's First Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded April 2, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, Page 1. Tax Key #: 18-7009-0356 3. Lot Numbered Twenty-three [23] and 2.5 feet West side of Lot Number Twenty-four [24] in the Plat of Wenger and Kreighbaum's First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, recorded April 2, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, Page 1.
