<br />in Plat Book 6, page 1, excepting from said lots that part taken by the City of South Bend for
<br />Ohio Street by condemnation proceedings, Resolution No. 1977; and excepting further from

<br />excepting therefrom a parcel of land 45 feet in width, taken off of the entire West
<br />side of said lot.

<br />parcel is described as follows, viz: Beginning at a point on the North line of
<br />Ohio Street in the City of South Bend, 14 feet East of the Southeast corner
<br />of said Lot Numbered 18; running thence North a distance of 14.82 feet,
<br />more or less, to the right-of-way of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern
<br />Railway (New York Central Lines); thence in a Southeasterly direction
<br />following the right-of-way of said railroad, a distance of 27.28 feet, more or
<br />less, to a point on the North line of Ohio Street; thence West along the North
<br />line of Ohio Street, a distance of 22.9 feet to the place of beginning. (18-
