<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER - CENTURY CENTER REMODELING - REINKE
<br />CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT NO.94-83
<br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Joe Matthews, Mathews-Purucker-Anella, Inc., 218 South Frances,
<br />South Bend, Indiana, has submitted Change Order No. G-9, on behalf of Reinke Construction, 1216
<br />West Sample, South Bend, Indiana, indicating that the Contract amount be increased $5,236.00 for
<br />a new Contract sum including this Change Order in the amount of $2,336,526.16. Upon a motion
<br />made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the Change Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME - EXHIBIT
<br />CONCEPTS
<br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Ms. Mikki Dobski, Project Manager, College Football Hall of Fame,
<br />has submitted the following Change Orders on behalf of Exhibit Concepts, 700 Crossroads Court,
<br />Vandalia, Ohio, and recommended approval as follows:

<br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the Change Orders
<br />were approved.
<br />REQUEST TO VACATE AN ALLEY DENIED
<br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that an unfavorable recommendation has been received from the Division
<br />of Engineering in reference to the Request to Vacate an Alley, as submitted by Ms. Eugenia S.
<br />Schwartz, Nickle & Piasecki, 205 W. Jefferson, South Bend, Indiana, to vacate the following alley:
<br />The first north -south alley west of South Franklin Street on West Indiana, and a portion of
<br />the east -west alley parallel to West Indiana Avenue continuing west therefrom
<br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that this alley cannot be vacated without provisions for a turn around or an
<br />easement through the petitioner's parking lot. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier,
<br />econded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the Request to Vacate an Alley was denied.
