<br />Court, Vandalia, Ohio in the amount of $176,674.76. Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion
<br />that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above. Mrs. Manier
<br />seconded the motion which carried.
<br />AWARD BID - BLACKTHORN GOLF CLUB CARTPATHS - PROJECT NO 95-47
<br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on May 30, 1995, bids
<br />were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Littrell
<br />recommends that the Board award the contract to Asphalt Paving Company, Inc., 1205 East Eight
<br />Street, Mishawaka, Indiana in the amount of $61,506.65. Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a
<br />motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above. Mrs.
<br />Manier seconded the motion which carried.
<br />AWARD BID - CHAPIN STREET REDEVELOPMENT AREA - PROJECT NO 95-23
<br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on May 30, 1995, bids
<br />were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Littrell
<br />recommends that the Board award the contract for Division A and Division B to Warner and Sons,
<br />Inc., Post Office Box 87, Elkhart, Indiana in the amount of $14,891.50. Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski
<br />made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above.

<br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on April 10, 1995,
