Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. REOUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME - FURNITURE In a letter to the Board, Ms. Mikki Dobski, Project Director, College Football Hall of Fame, requested permission to advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to items. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caudwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the request was approved. REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - REBID OF 1995 STREET MATERIALS - ITEMS 12 TO 17 In a letter to the Board, Mr. Carl Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, requested permission to re -advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to items. Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Caudwell and carried, the request was approved. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 34-1995 - DISPOSAL OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY Upon a motion made by Mrs. Jenny Pitts Manier, seconded by Mr. James R. Caudwell and carried, the following Resolution was adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 34-1995 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS ON DISPOSAL OF UNFIT AND/OR OBSOLETE PROPERTY 1
