.94 REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 27, 1995 APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - HOUSE MOVE - 815 S. LAFAYETTE TO PROPERTY NORTH OF 1130 S. MAIN In a letter to the Board, Mr. Don Fozo, County Building Commissioner, requested approval of a proposed move of the old Policeman's Federal Credit Union building from 815 S. Lafayette to property north of 1130 S. Main Street, by Lykowski Construction Company. Favorable recommendations have been received by the utility companies, the Police Department and Traffic and Lighting. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczysnki, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the recommendation was approved. AWARD BID - COMPUTER AND RELATED EQUIPMENT Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, advised the Board that on February 20, 1995, bids were received and opened for the above referred to equipment. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the bids were awarded as outlined above. APPROVAL OF REQUESTS TO ADVERTISE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the followin requests to advertise for the receipt of bids were approved: -1995 GOOD NEIGHBORS/GOOD NEIGHBORHOODS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAM - CURB AND SIDEWALK PROGRAM - PROJECT NO.-95-20 In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Carl Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, requested permission to advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to project. Mr. Littrell stated that this project will make right-of-way improvements at approximately 500-700 home sites in conjunction with the Good Neighbors/Good Neighborhoods Initiative. The specifications for this year's construction contracts will be much the same as last year, whereby the City has been divided
