REGULAR MEETING February 19 April 14 May 29 July 4 November 12 November 23 November 25 December 27 JANUARY 3, 1995 For those sworn members assigned to "B Shift", on January 1, 1995, the following days are designated as possible choices for holidays: January 4 September 4 January 15 October 10 February 20 November 10 April 15 November 24 May 30 November 26 July 3 December 25 For those sworn members assigned "C Shift", on January 1, 1995, the following days are designated as possible choices for holidays: January 2 September 7 January 16 October 8 February 21 November 11 April 16 November 22 May 31 November 27 July 6 December 24 All references to holidays for the twenty-four (24) hour period refer to the duty shift and not to the calendar day. Caldwell, Member s/Jenny Manier, Member RESOLUTION NO. 49-1994 WHEREAS, the Board of Public Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is empowered by law to establish rules and regulations for the South Bend Police Department; and WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City of South Bend that the Police Department holidays be set with certainty. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Safety of the City of South Bend: SECTION I. That for all sworn police officers who are assigned to work as their regular work schedule, 5 on and 2 off, Monday through Friday, the following holidays shall apply: New Year's Day January 2 Martin Luther King Day January 16 Good Friday April 14 Memorial Day May 29 Independence Day July 4 Labor Day September 4
