Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER - ELDER PARKWAY - PROJECT NO 95-65 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Division of Engineering, has submitted Change Order <br />No. 1, on behalf of Rieth Riley Construction Co., Post Office Box 1775, South Bend, Indiana <br />indicating that the Contract amount be increased $36,139.25 for a new Contract sum including this <br />Change Order in the amount of $1,202,359.90. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mrs. Manier and carried, the Change Order was approved. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO 1 SAL) AND PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT <br />- GOOD NEIGHBORS/GOOD NEIGHBORHOODS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAM - ZONES 6 <br />7 AND 8 - PROJECT NO. 96-09 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Bob Allen, Construction Manager, has submitted Change Order <br />No. 1 (Final) on behalf of Kaser Spraker Construction, 25487 West State Road 2, South Bend, <br />Indiana, indicating that the contract amount be decreased $12,221.00 for a new contract sum <br />including this Change Order in the amount of $46,019.00. Additionally submitted was the Project <br />Completion Affidavit indicating this new final cost. Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded <br />by Mr. Caldwell and carried, Change Order No. 1 (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were <br />approved. <br />
