Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion <br />that the Consent be approved. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />carried, the above referred to Title Sheets were approved and signed. <br />APPROVE AND/OR RELEASE CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Larry D.
