REGULAR MEETING <br />EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Fast Environmental, Inc. <br />JULY 15, 1996 <br />Released Effective July 10, 1996 <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be <br />approved and/or released as outlined above. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $26,371.22, dated July <br />10,1996, and $1,469,754.33, dated July, 15, 1996, and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. <br />Juan Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted one (1) list containing <br />claims in the amount of $41,456.70 and recommended approval. Mr. Caldwell made a motion that <br />the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed.
