REGULAR MEETING MAY 13. 1996 I Additionally submitted was the Project Completion Affidavit indicating this new final cost. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the Change Orders (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were approved. APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADDENDA The following Community Development Addenda were presented to the Board for approval: Neighborhood Partnership Program CD95-302 Addendum II Neighborhood Partnerships Program CD94-302 Addendum V Neighborhood Partnership Program CD93-603 Addendum VIII Updates federal wage decision Updates federal wage decision Updates federal wage decision Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the above referred to Addenda were approved and executed. APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL - SANITARY SEWER MASTER PLAN - IIN KOTE - UN TEK TIF DISTRICT Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Board is in receipt of a Proposal between the City of South Bend and Ken Herceg & Associates, Inc., 211 West Washington, South Bend, Indiana, for professional engineering services to the Department of Public Works in its effort to study the services of the UN Kote-I/N Tek TIF District with sanitary sewer. Mr. Leszczynski noted that the Proposal is in the amount of $5,450.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the Proposal was approved and executed. APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - KETTERING DRIVE STORM SEWER - PROJECT NO. 96-20 In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Dan Weisel, Division of Engineering, requested permission to advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to project. Mr Weisel stated that this project will install storm sewers on Kettering Drive and the surrounding area. Further, the source of funding is Wastewater revenues. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the request to advertise for the receipt of bids was approved. APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - NETWORKING EQUIPMENT In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Milford Hutsell, Department of Administration and Finance, requested permission to advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to equipment. The source of funding will come from each individual department's Capital Budget. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the request to advertise for the receipt of bids was approved. APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES Mrs. Kathy Dempsey, Director, Department of Code Enforcement, requested permission to advertise for the sale of approximately fourteen (14) abandoned vehicles, which are being stored at Super Auto Salvage Corporation, 3300 South Main Street, South Bend, Indiana. It was noted that all vehicles have been stored more than fifteen (15) days, identification checks had been run for auto theft and the owners and lienholders notified. Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the above request was approved. APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - ONE (1) OR MORE SKID STEER LOADER In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Matthew Chlebowski, Director, Division of Equipment Services, requested permission to advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to equipment. Mr. Chlebowski stated that this equipment will be for use by the Park Department, and funding will be provided by the User Department Capital Fund. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the request to advertise for the receipt of bids was approved.
