Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and carried, the above license applications were approved and referred to the Deputy <br />Controller's Office for issuance of a license. <br />APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATIONS FOR RUBBISH AND GARBAGE REMOVAL <br />SERVICE <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the following Applications have been received by the Board: <br />Lacey's Rubbish Willie Alsander Rubbish Service <br />2143 N. Elmer 3719 W. Jefferson <br />South Bend, Indiana South Bend, Indiana <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that favorable recommendations have been received by the Department of <br />Code Enforcement concerning the above application. Further, the Bureau of Sanitation has inspected <br />the vehicles to be used in conjunction with these businesses, and have been approved. Therefore, <br />upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the above license <br />applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance of licenses. <br />APPROVAL OF SCRAP METAL/JUNK DEALERS/RECYCLING OPERATIONS AND <br />TRANSFER STATION LICENSES FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1996 <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the following Applications have been received by the Board: <br />South Bend Scrap & Processing <br />3113 S.
