Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />AWARD BIDS - ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />Mr. Gary Libbey, Department of Code Enforcement, advised the Board that on September 14, 1998, <br />bids were received and opened for the above referred to vehicles.
