Combs <br />$700.00 <br />Six (6) New Neighborhood <br />Entry Signs and Landscaping <br />Wooded Estates Neighborhood - 1715 Corby <br />Boulevard, 1356 Oak Ridge Drive, 1640 South <br />Bend Avenue <br />1202 North Twyckenham, 906 White Oak <br />Drive, 1324 White Oak Drive <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the above referred to <br />Agreements were approved and executed. <br />APPROVE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT - KENDALL STREET/PUBLIC WORKS <br />IMPROVEMENTS - SELGE CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT NO. 100-070 <br />Mr. Gilot advised that in accordance with the bid awarded on April 23, 2001, to Selge Construction, <br />2833 South 11 Street, Niles, Michigan, in the amount of $131,686.20 for the above referred to <br />project, a Contract in said amount was being submitted for Board approval. Upon a motion made <br />by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Contract was approved and the appropriate <br />Certificate of Insurance, Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond as submitted <br />were filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATE AS TO AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES - BOARD OF PUBLIC <br />WORKS MEMBERS - CITY OF SOUTH BEND BUILDING CORPORATION OPTION INCOME <br />TAX LEASE RENTAL REVENUE BONDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS SERVICE CENTER. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Certificate of <br />Authorized Signatures for the above referred to project was approved and executed. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 31-2001- ACCEPTING TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM <br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following Resolution <br />was adopted by the Board of Public Works: <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph County, Indiana (herein after, the "County") is the owner of the <br />certain real property situated in St. Joseph county, Indiana and being more particularly described as <br />Exhibit `A", <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana (herein after, the "City"), acting by and through <br />the Board of Public Works, hereby expresses its desire to acquire Real Property from the County; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the County is desirous of transferring the Real Property to the City; and <br />
