01-L5 REGULAR MEETING 2. That the traded in or exchanged property, to wit: Unit 239 - 1983 TANDEM AXLE DUMP TRUCK VIN # IM2B117C2DA006969 APRIL 14, 2003 UNIT 240 - 1983 TANDEM AXLE DUMP TRUCK VIN# 1 M213 117C9DA006970 shall be removed from the inventory of the City of South Bend. Jacob, Clerk ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 31-2003 - DISPOSAL OF A STAND-UP DESK Upon a motion made by Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the following Resolution was adopted by the Board of Public Works: RESOLUTION NO.31-2003 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS REGARDING THE DISPOSAL OF A STAND-UP DESK WHEREAS, the South Bend Board of Public Works has been advised by the Department of Community and Economic Development that a stand-up desk which was used by Jon Hunt is no longer needed by the South Bend Department of Community and Economic Development; and WHEREAS, it is determined by the Board of Public Works that the desk is no longer necessary for the purpose which it was acquired and has an estimated value of less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA that the desk in question be sold at private sale to the family of Jon Hunt.
