Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks, and carried, the Change Order was approved. APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 — BENDIX & LINCOLNWAY INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS — KANKAKEE VALLEY CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT NO. 100- 32 (AIRPORT TIF) Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 3 on behalf of Kankakee Valley Construction, South Bend, Indiana, indicating that the Contract amount be increased in the amount of $1,196.88 for a new Contract sum including this Change Order in the amount of $368,604.45. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks, and carried, the Change Order was approved.
