Lombardy Drive $125.00 Building Block Grant Agreement 1052 Laurel Ct $125.00 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT — PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND AIR RIGHTS ABOVE NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD — RESCIND PREVIOUS AGREEMENT — IUSB PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and Indiana University Trustees, 530 East Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana, 47408, for the above referred to project. This agreement rescinds a prior agreement signed on June 20, 2005. Mr. Bodnar stated that a second page was signed in error and requested that it be rescinded, as well. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed rescinding the previous agreement and extraneous second page. FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION - PETITION TO VACATE AN ALLEY — NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY WEST OF DALE STREET FROM DAYTON STREET TO FIRST EAST/WEST ALLEY Mr. Gilot indicated that Mr. Domingo and Servando Flores, 901 East Dayton, South Bend, Indiana, has submitted a request to vacate the above referred to alley. Mr. Gilot advised that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations concerning this Vacation Petition from the Area Plan Commission, Police Department, Fire Department, Sanitation, Department of Economic Development and the Department of Public Works. If this alley is vacated, it be done so subject to any utility easements that are necessary. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Clerk send a letter to the petitioner addressing these concerns. Mr. Gilot seconded the motion which carried.
