BonDurant, Member <br />A ST: <br />r~ <br />Angela I Jacob, Jerk <br />POLICE SELECTION PANEL <br />AUGUST 16, 2006 <br />The Police Selection Panel met at 8:35 a.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 in the Mayor's <br />Conference Room, 14~' Floor, County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, for the purpose of <br />formulating a recommendation to be made to the Board of Public Safety. Present were Uniform <br />Division Chief Darryl Boykins, President Jesusa Rodriguez and Assistant City Attorney Cheryl <br />Greene. Attorney Thomas Bodnar was not present. Also present were Fire Chief Luther Taylor <br />and Board Members Juanita Dempsey, Donald Alford, Bruce J. Bondurant and Patrick Cottrell. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:40 a.m. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />AUGUST 16, 2006 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in Executive Session on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at 8:42 <br />a.m. The meeting was held in the Mayor's Conference Room, 14~` Floor, County City Building, <br />South Bend, Indiana, for the purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (B) and (b) (6) (A). <br />President Jesusa Rodriguez and Board Members Juanita Dempsey, Donald Alford, Bruce J. <br />BonDurant and Patrick Cottrell were present. Police Chief Thomas Fautz and Board Attorney <br />Thomas Bodnar were not present. Also present were Uniform Division Police Chief Darryl <br />Boykins, Fire Chief Luther Taylor and Assistant City Attorney Cheryl Greene.
