REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 25,2013 BILL NO. 74-13 FIRST READING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING THE 2013 SALARY ORDINANCE NO. 10199-12 FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND NON- BARGAINING EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA TO ADDRESS CERTAIN ZOO EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION This bill had first reading. Councilmember Dr. David Varner made a motion to refer this bill to the Personnel &Finance Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third Reading on December 9, 2013.
