We will work with the Department of Community Investment <br />and the Steering Committee to refine the process as required. <br />Task <br />Month <br />Month <br />Month <br />Month <br />Month <br />Month <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />Phase I *: Kick Off Video Conference including Public Participation <br />Strategy Discussion, Information Gathering, Existing Conditions <br />Analysis, Market Analysis, and "Big Picture Ideas" for Land Use/ <br />Development Scenarios, showing 20 -year outcomes for the Study <br />Area including the 2 corridors and adjacent neighborhoods. <br />Phase II: Public Intake Workshop with participation from <br />City Departments, Steering Committee, Business Leaders and <br />Neighborhood Residents. <br />Phase III: Draft Corridor Plan including Generalized Land Use <br />Plan and Streetscape Plan for the Study Area. Detailed Land Use <br />Plan and Urban Design Plan for Priority Areas. Implementation <br />Matrix for short, medium and long term strategies. <br />Second Public Meeting. <br />Phase IV: Revise and Deliver Final Corridor Plan <br />*Assumes a Site Visit and meeting with the Department of Community Investment and the Mayor to be a part of the Interview <br />Process.
