Motion <br />carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Honorable Common Council 6 September 1957 <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of Standard Oil Company and Charles and Lois Drukten to rezone part of Lot No. 7, A.H.Cushing's <br />Addition from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial was legally advertised on 26 August 1957 and given public hearing <br />under date of 5 September 1957. Councilman Erler made a motion for sus - <br />pension of rules. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion. Motion lost by a roll call vote of 7 ayes, 1 nay (Councilman <br />Muszynski) 1 absent (Councilman Glass). <br />Councilman Carr then moved that the Ordinance be set for public hearing on September 23, 1957.
