ORDINANCE NO. 3679 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF EXTENSIONS AND <br />ADDITIONS TO THE WATERWORKS OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE <br />BONDS TO PROVIDE FOR THE COST THEREOF, AND MATTERS CONNECTED <br />THE MWITH. <br />533 <br />The Presiding Officer stated that the Committee of the Whole had considered Ordinance No. 3679, entitled "An <br />Ordinance concerning the construction of extensions and additions to the waterworks owned and operated by the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds to provide for the cost thereof, and <br />matters connected therewith", and recommended the adoption of said ordinance as introduced, <br />Councilman Kemper moved that Ordinance No. 3679 be read in full and be placed on final passage. This motion <br />was seconded by-Councilman Erler and adopted by the following votes <br />Ayes: Councilmen Stanley Korpal, Albert Tellson, C1oyd A. Bestle, <br />Clem Niezgodski, Walter G. Glass, Alvin P. Kemper, Walter <br />C. Erler and Chester E. Muszynski. <br />Nays: None <br />The ordinance having been read, Councilman Glass moved that Ordinance No. 3679 be passed and adopted as read. <br />This motion was seconded by Councilman Bestle, and on call of the roll was carried by the following votes <br />Ayes: Councilmen Stanley Korpal, Albert Tellson, Cloyd A. Bestle, <br />Clem Niezgodski, Walter G. Glass, Alvin P. Kemper, Walter C. <br />Erler and Chester E.
