532 <br />11 REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 13TH, 1948 <br />REPORT OF TAE .COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bends- December 13, 1948 <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "An Ordinance concerning the construction of extensions and <br />additions to the waterworks owned and operated by the City of South Bend, Indiana, authorizing the issuance <br />of revenue bonds to provide for the cost thereof, and matters connected therewith". <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall go to <br />the Council as favorable. <br />STANLEY C. Motion <br />carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY` PLAN COMMISSION <br />To the Common Council <br />City of South Bend, Ind. <br />Gentlemens <br />December 3, 1948 <br />The City Plan- Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Paul A. Heierman and Forest G. Hay for <br />change of zoning of Lot #25 in Leeper's 2nd Addition on December 2, 1948. <br />This change is not .recommended. This lot is on the north side of West Pokagon St. next but one to the <br />railroad. <br />Attached hereto is a remonstrance signed by property owners in that vicinity, <br />CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />Dr Moomaw, Sec'y. <br />Councilman Kemper made a motion that the report from the City Plan Commission be accepted.- Councilman Irler <br />seconded the motion.
