The Crdina'hce was p7iven its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on motion of Councilmen Paull was referred-to the Con-,ittee of the Whole and teat each councilman be furnished with a copy of said ordinance. Councilmen Rasmussen seconded the motion. Motion carried. As requested by Councilman Chambers at the meeting of July 12th, 1937, 11ayor Freyermuth and Chief Lane were present to explain the enforcement of the Traffic Ordinance No' 3209.
