REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 25 1965 ORDINANCE, FIRST AND SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Location: 1010 and 1012 North Olive Street) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Szymkowiak made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on November 8, 1965. Councilman Wise seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST AND SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED ( Location: South side Western Avenue between Lombardy and Gladstone) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motfon that the ordinance be set for public hearing on November 22, 1965. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST AND SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Location: 138 acres more or less) commonly known as the Izaak Walton League) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Geib made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on November 8, 1965. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST AND SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Location :, 11.7 acres, more or less, east of Miami Rd., North of Jackson and abutting the city limits on the east.) The ordinance was given first reading by title. and second reading in full. Councilman Smith made a motion that the 6rdinance be set for public hearing on November 8, 1965.. Near Jackson Rd. abutting city limits on south side.) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Palmer made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on November 8, 1965. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST AND SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Location: 167.79 acres, more or less, generally between Colfax Rd. & Toll Road, on Portage Road) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Geib made a motion that the preface of the ordinance be amended to read "a portion of the following described property "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District, and another portion of the following described property'V' Commercial use and "A" Heighth and Area District ". Councilman Wise seconded the motion. Motion carried. Councilman Geib made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing, as amended on November 8, 1965.
