REGULAR MEETING 0 REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: • Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINRNCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE No. 3702 (Location: 29.84 acres, more or less, bounded on the east, north and south by present city limits, on the west by Maple Rd., and lying between Cleveland Rd, and Lathrop). Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the Council as favorable. /s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman II Councilman Geib made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF 'CERTAIN ITEMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO THE AREA PLAN COMMISSION OF Sn, JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR A}.SUM EQUAL TO THE APPRAISED VALUE OF SAID ITEMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY, AS AMENDED. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the Council as favorable, as amended. REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE OTHER EQUIPMENT ACCOUNT OF THE RADIO DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT.OF $725.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM • THE SERVICES - PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, ALL IN THE GENERAL FUND. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the Council as favorable. /s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman Councilman Geib made a motion that the report be accepted and placed.on file. REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South tend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred " ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE OTHER SUPPLIES ACCOUNT OF THE RADIO DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM THE SERVICES- PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, BEING ACCOUNT P -11, ALL IN THE GENERAL FUND." Sec. 3, and on the South by the half section line of Section 31. The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8*ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent (Councilman Glass) ORDINANCE NO. 4804 -65 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ! (Lots numbered 10,11 and 12 in John E. Walz'.revised addition to the City of S @uth Bend, Indiana.)
