IBU aacaa�vaa v � REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION March 19 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as bounded on the North by Calvert Street, on the West by Twyckenham Drive, on the South by Donald Street and on the East by Sampson was legally advertised under date of February 12, 1965 and given public hearing on February 23, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the subject area. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Robert L. REPORT OF HOUSING COMMITTEE TO THE COMMON COUNCIL Item 1: One individual questioning of real estate availability- disposed of to the satisfaction of parties concerned, at a meeting held February 17, 1965. Item 2: Meeting of interested parties concerning purchase of a house, delayed by reason of both parties being out of town and both requesting a meeting be set up for a date after March 13. ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Marine St., Mumford Court, Miami St., Bowman St, and Indiana Ave.) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Smith made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on March 22, 1965. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE, FIRST & SECOND READING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Leer St., Marine St., Mumford Court, Indiana Ave. and Bowman St.) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Szymkowiak made a motion that the ordinance be set for public hearing on March 22, 1965. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
