The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes, <br />0 nays, l absent (Councilman Krueper). <br />RESOLUTION NO. 50 - - -63 <br />RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, $200.00, <br />AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME <br />CATEGORY OF THE GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have,developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so <br />that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various func <br />of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and <br />WHEREAS, Account No. A -212, described as Postage, in the General Fund, is depleted and the sum of Two Hundred <br />($200.00) Dollars is needed forthwith, and <br />WHEREAS, under Account No. A -214, described as Telephone and Telegraph, under the General Fund, there is Two <br />Hundred ($200.00) Dollars that will not be needed, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of Two Hundred <br />($200.00) Dollars be transferred from Account No. A -214, described as Telephone and Telegraph under the General Fund, <br />to Account No. A -212, described as Postage, under the General Fund._ <br />Councilman Lehman made a motion for adoption of the Resolution. Motion <br />carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent (Councilman Krueper). <br />RESOLUTION NO. 51 - - -63 <br />RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES <br />COMMISSION FUND, $45.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO <br />ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so <br />that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various <br />functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and <br />WHEREAS, Account No. 213, described asTraveling Expenses, in the Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund is <br />depleted and the sum of Forty -five ($45.00) Dollars is needed forthwith, and <br />WHEREAS, under Account No. 241, described as Printing, Other than Office Supplies, under the Fair Employment <br />Practices Commission Fund, there is Forty -five ($45.00) Dollars, that will not be needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of Forty -five <br />($45.00) Dollars be transferred from Account No. 241, described as Printing, Other Than Office Supplies, under the <br />Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund, to Account No. 213, described as TraQeling Expenses, under the Fair <br />Employment Practices Commission Fund. <br />Councilman Allen made a motion for adoption of the Resolution.
