506 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 22, 1962 <br />Committee of the Whole and lost upon a roll call vote, was sent back to the City Planning Commission who reaffirmed <br />their favorable recommendation. The Clerk read the Ordinance by title and after discussion, a motion was made by <br />Councilman Allen that further action be continued until November 26, 1962. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY CONTROLLER RELATIVE TO COAL YARD COMPLAINT <br />Mr. Edwin Davies, City Controller, reported that the City had oiled and sanded Huron Street and the owners of the <br />coal yard were instructed to do whatever is necessary to abate the nuisance. A further report will be made. <br />President Kroll stated that the next regular meeting date of the Council occurs on November 12, 1962, the day <br />designated to celebrate Veterans' Day, a Legal Holiday. Thereupon, Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the <br />next meeting of the Council would be on November 26, 1962. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Coleman made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Glass <br />seconded the motion.
