Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />May 9, 1960 <br />The attached petition of MArjorie.Drinski to rezone Lot Number Five, as shown on the recorded Plat of Burrough's <br />Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 115 of the Third Plat of Out Lots of the Town, together with the west one-half of <br />the vacated alley lying east of and adjoining subject lot, being generally described as the corner property formed <br />by the intersection of William Street, Navarre Street, and Portage Avenue from "B" Residential Use to 19C-1" Commercia <br />Use was legally advertised on April 25, 1960 and given public hearing under date of May 5, 1960. No. 33, T38N, R2E; together with a parcel of realty commencing on the East line of Sec. No. 33 <br />in T38N, R2E, at a.,point 660 feet North of the Southeast corner of the NE4 of said Sec. No. 33; thence West a dis- <br />tance of 1320 feet to the Southwest corner of the North one-half of the Southeast quarter of the NEk of said Sec. No. <br />33; thence North 261.56 feet; thence East 1320.67 feet to a point on the East line of said Sec.
