REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 13, 1969 CATION (_font' d . It is our understanding that the original petition for Voluntary Annexation and Rezoning Classifi- cation to which the undersigned were co- signers with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kovatch, has not proceeded through the various annexation procedures where it would be irrevocable. It is, also, our understanding that with this confirmation, our participation in the original petition is terminated and that the property owned by the undersigned will not be considered a part of the petition. Notice is, therefore, hereby formally given that in respect to property owned by the undersigned, which is part of a previous petition for Voluntary Annexation and Rezoning, the undersigned are no longer desirous of petitioning for said Voluntary Annexation and Rezoning and hereby withdraw their property from consideration of same.
