South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 26, 2013 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />G. Other <br />(1) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schey, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 3144 appointing Dennis Weaver to the Development <br />Design Review Committee for a two year term. <br />H. Ratification of Services Contracts <br />There were no Services Contracts for ratification <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Kain noted that through Cressy and Everett, staff has issued a call for offers for the Hall of <br />Fame. These offers are due July 31, 2013. Staff has been getting some interest, and over the next few <br />weeks, Cressy and Everett will be taking interested parties on tours through the facilities. In addition <br />staff will also be clearing out some of the old displays that were recently given to the Studebaker <br />Museum and Center for History. We are also photo documenting what is remaining in the Hall of <br />Fame. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The Next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission is scheduled for Thursday, July 11, at <br />9:30 a.m. <br />9.
