Council Member Kopczynski made a motion to pass this bill, <br />seconded by Council Member Taylor. The bill passed by a roll call vote of eight ayes. <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 749 -80 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $12,574 FROM ACCOUNT NO. <br />120.0 SALARIES AND WAGES, TEMPORARY T.0 ACCOUNT NO. 110.0 <br />SALARIES AND WAGES, REGULAR, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing) <br />annual budget so that it is now necessary to transfer money from.one account to another in the <br />annual budget to allow the City Attorney's Office to fulfill its functions, and I <br />WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain account in the City Attorney's Budget has <br />excess funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of theCity of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. <br />to -wit: <br />ACCOUNT <br />120.0 <br />SECTION II. <br />account, to -wit: <br />110.0 <br />That the following account be reduced in the amount set opposite said account, <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Salaries and Wages, Temp. <br />AMOUNT <br />$ 12,574.00 <br />That the folowing account be increased in the amount set opposite said <br />Salaries and Wages, Regular <br />12,574.00 <br />That the transfer of funds as set forth in Section I and Section II are necessary for the proper' <br />and efficient operation and functioning of the City Attorney's Office. An extraordinary <br />emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer, and it is in the best interest <br />to do so. <br />SECTION III.
