REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 9, 1976 ii I, the undersigned to hereby respectfully make application and petition the Com- mon Council of the City to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend as here- inafter requested, and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: 1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at: 501 and 503 North Lafayette Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana. 2. The property is owned by: Earl Welborn 3. A legal description of theproperty is as follows: South 1/2 of lot or land 100' in length east and west taken off of and from the entire width of the east end of lot #366 as shown on the original plat of the town now City of South Bend. 4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned: From B Residential Use and A Height and Area District To C Commercial Use and A Height and Area District 5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the following building will be constructed: The use will be a dental laboratory., 6. Number of off - street parking spaces to be provided: eight 7. The property sought the intersection of Indiana, commencing northerly 92.32 fee 133.21 feet, morn or place of beginning. to be rezoned is located at: The northeast corner of Bendix Drive and Greene Street in the City of South Bend,. at the northeast corner of said intersection it runs L; thence northeasterly 175.27 feet; thence southerly less, and then westerly a distance of 177 feet to the 2. The property is owned by: A.A.A. Federal Credit Union, 1112 N. Bendix Drive. South Bend, Indiana 46628. 3. A legal description of the property is as follows: Lots Numbered 36, 37, and 38 in part of Westchester lst Unit to the City of South Bend, Indiana; and an alley running north from Greene Street to a connecting alley directly north of Lots 36 and 38. 4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned: From B Residential for lots 37 -38 and "A" Residential Use for Lot 36 To C Commercial 5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the fol lowing building will be constructed The property will be used for the operation of an automobile leasing and rental agency, and a building 40' x 60' will be constructed along the southerly part of Lot 36 and 37 and over the alley mentioned herein. 6.
