REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 9, 1976 <br />ii <br />I, the undersigned to hereby respectfully make application and petition the Com- <br />mon Council of the City to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend as here- <br />inafter requested, and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at: 501 and 503 North Lafayette <br />Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by: Earl Welborn <br />3. A legal description of theproperty is as follows: <br />South 1/2 of lot or land 100' in length east and west taken off of and from <br />the entire width of the east end of lot #366 as shown on the original plat <br />of the town now City of South Bend. <br />4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned: <br />From B Residential Use and A Height and Area District <br />To C Commercial Use and A Height and Area District <br />5.
