REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 9,`1976 <br />iI, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Comm'pn <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />South Bend as hereinafter requested and in support of this application, the following <br />facts are shown: <br />s <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />The West side of South Ironwood Drive between the South line of Randolph E <br />Street and a point thirty -five (35) feet North of the North line of Calvert Sit. <br />2. The property is owned by: Frank J. Deak and Mary A. Deak, husband and wife <br />(as to Lots 57 and 58); Realty Investments, Inc. (as to Lot 59); and Bel Air ; <br />Realty, Inc.
