It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the <br />following building(s) will be constructed: If rezoning is granted, Tower Federal <br />Savings & Loan Association of South Bend will erect a 1 -story building on such <br />property from which it will carry on a savings and loan association business and <br />activity. <br />6.
